'The Big Guy' Has Trouble Ahead

Over the course of the past two weeks, the Washington Post and The New York Times have finally admitted that a laptop abandoned by Hunter Biden is, in fact, real and that the details of his foreign dealings contained within it are problematic.

Despite the admission, Biden's allies in the media are doing their best to protect the Oval Office.

"It seems pretty clear that Hunter Biden was trading on his father's name to make a lot of money, he's had a difficult life, but until someone makes a nexus between what Hunter Biden has done and official activities of Vice President Biden or President Biden, it's a not-pretty picture, but it's not really of much public import in terms of the policy of the United States or the administration of the government," CNN's John Harwood said this week. "There is zero evidence that Vice President Biden, or President Biden, has done anything wrong in connection with what Hunter Biden has done."

Zero evidence? There's a boatload of corruption. The Washington Post and New York Times aren't the only places to look for information about this story, and what they're now reporting is not only years late, it's the bare minimum. A quick flashback to the 2020 campaign train revives details implicating President Joe Biden himself.

The talking point this week from Biden's defenders, as parroted by Harwood, has been that Hunter Biden simply traded on his family name and everybody in Washington, D.C., does it. That's a distraction and misses the most important point.

The laptop story mattered in October 2020, ahead of a presidential election, because Americans deserved to know if Joe Biden was compromised by a number of shady foreign business dealings. His hands were not clean, and according to Hunter's business partner Tony Bobulinski, Biden not only attended meetings about money being exchanged but deals Hunter made included "10 percent for the Big Guy."

"Hunter Biden called his dad 'the Big Guy' or 'my Chairman,' and frequently referenced asking him for his sign-off or advice on various potential deals that we were discussing," the New York Post reported in October 2020. "Joe was called 'the big guy' in other emails on Hunter's laptop or in WhatsApp messages on Bobulinski's phones."

During his time as vice president, Joe Biden gladly enabled his son's behavior at taxpayers' expense.

"At the time, it seemed mildly noteworthy, but not particularly unusual: then-Vice President Joe Biden, traveling to China on an official visit, had brought his son Hunter Biden along [on Air Force Two]. And when the two appeared in public together in Beijing during the 2013 trip, there were all the typical trappings of a mini-family vacation tacked on to a business trip," NBC News reported in October 2019. "What wasn't known then was that as he accompanied his father to China, Hunter Biden was forming a Chinese private equity fund that associates said at the time was planning to raise big money, including from China. Hunter Biden has acknowledged meeting with Jonathan Li, a Chinese banker and his partner in the fund during the trip. The Chinese business license that brought the new fund into existence was issued by Shanghai authorities 10 days after the trip, with Hunter Biden a member of the board."

For years, Biden has excused Hunter's behavior, citing his love for his son. But as the Commander-in-Chief, Biden owes his loyalty to the American people and is obligated to stand up to the very regimes his family profited from. This was true before the election and remains true today.

Not surprisingly, the White House now, which is currently using taxpayer dollars to secretly manage Hunter Biden's new art career, is refusing to elaborate on the situation and insists the elder Biden was not involved. In fact, they're flat out denying many of the foreign transactions, which can be viewed in black and white bank statements and wire transfers, ever occurred.

"I don't speak for Hunter Biden, so there's not more I can say on that," White House Communications Director Kate Bedingfield told reporters this week. "I don't have anything further to add from this podium. We addressed this with the Washington Post. We pointed to statements that were made in the fall of 2020 when we addressed these questions. And I don't have anything additional to add from this podium."

The statement Joe Biden made in fall 2020 was that Hunter didn't make money in China at all, which is a lie.

"My son has not made money in terms of this thing about, what you're talking about, China," Biden said.

In fact, Hunter Biden made millions.

Given the timing of the Washington Post's and The New York Times' admissions that Hunter Biden's laptop and the details about shady business dealings contained within it are real, one has to assume bigger things are coming. Why are Biden's allies in the media reporting the story more than 500 days after the details were first published in the New York Post? What are their sources telling them about the future of the federal investigation into Hunter Biden's foreign dealings?

Considering the censorship of the story in October 2020, when the New York Post was banned on Twitter for weeks, and media outlets like NPR called the story "not really a story" not worthy of their time, there's something brewing. Given his family's foreign profits over the years, what more will we find out about President Biden's awkward and compromised decision process when it comes to American foreign policy and national security?

The facts of the story haven't changed, but the politics and Hunter Biden's growing legal mess have. Americans have a right to know about the corruption, role and benefit to "The Big Guy."

NEW RECORDS: Ketanji Brown Jackson chose leniency even in baby sex torture cases

"Ketanji Brown Jackson heard horrifying details of “sadomasochistic” torture of young kids — including “infants and toddlers” — yet challenged the disturbing evidence presented by prosecutors and disregarded their prison recommendations to give the lightest possible punishments"

In 2018, Christopher Michael Downs was busted trading child porn in a chat room, “Pedos Only,” including images of adults raping “a prepubescent female child,” according to court records. He posted 33 graphic photos, including an image of a naked female as young as 2 years old.

In her April 2021, Jackson contradicted the findings of prosecutors, dismissing the crimes they described as “on the more egregious or extreme spectrum” of child porn as not “especially egregious.” Among the more than 600 images depicting bondage of infants and toddlers.

“I don’t find persuasive the government’s arguments concerning why they think that this is a particularly egregious child pornography offense, which means I struggled to find a good reason to impose a sentence that is more severe in this case,” she argued.

Revolting: Ketanji Brown Jackson Even Gave Light Sentences to Men Who Tortured Babies

BY ROBERT SPENCER APR 02, 2022 10:01 AM ET

AP Photo/Alex Brandon

As PJM’s Matt Margolis noted Thursday, “During her confirmation hearings, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s despicable record on sentencing child porn offenders became a key issue. Republicans pointed out that she had a pattern of giving these perverts lenient sentences, while Democrats made excuses for her and kept gushing over her status as a black woman.” And it’s even worse than we thought: investigative journalist Paul Sperry revealed Saturday that Jackson “heard horrifying details of ‘sadomasochistic’ torture of young kids — including ‘infants and toddlers’ — yet challenged the disturbing evidence presented by prosecutors and disregarded their prison recommendations to give the lightest possible punishments in each case.”

Not only that but “in some cases, she even apologized to some of the kiddie-porn perverts for having to follow the statutes, which she called ‘substantially flawed.’” Jackson repeatedly “made excuses for the sex fiends’ criminal behavior and cut them slack in defiance of investigators and prosecutors — and sometimes even probation officers serving her court — who argued for tougher sentences because the cases were particularly egregious or the defendants weren’t remorseful.” This contradicts Biden’s handlers’ claims that her light sentences for child pornographers were “mainstream” and within “normal range.”

The details are stomach-churning. “In July 2020,” Sperry reports, “Jackson gave the bare minimum sentence to a defendant convicted of distributing images and videos of infants being sexually abused, and who had boasted of molesting his 13-year-old cousin, even though she knew the defendant refused ‘to take full responsibility’ for his crimes, a transcript reveals.” The offender whom Jackson ensured got off lightly had posted a nude image of a two-year-old girl and a video of sex with a prepubescent girl.

Nor was that an isolated case. In April 2021, when sentencing a man who had distributed child pornography, Jackson dismissed his crimes as not “especially egregious,” despite the fact that “among the more than 600 images prosecutors told the judge he traded were sexually explicit pics depicting bondage of infants and toddlers,” and even worse. Yet as she gave this man a light sentence, Jackson remarked: “I’m really reluctant to get into the nature of the porn. I don’t find persuasive the government’s arguments concerning why they think that this is a particularly egregious child pornography offense, which means I struggled to find a good reason to impose a sentence that is more severe in this case.”

Mike Davis of the Article III Project, which advocates for a responsible judiciary, said that Jackson “served as the tip of the spear in weakening federal sentencing policy for child pornographers as vice chair of the U.S. Sentencing Commission, where she ignored the advice of expert witnesses who disputed her theory that child pornographers are somehow not pedophiles.”

Related: The Disturbing Details About Biden’s SCOTUS Pick Just Keep on Coming

Jackson even apologized to one child pornographer as she sentenced him, saying: “This is a truly difficult situation. I appreciate that your family is in the audience. I feel so sorry for them and for you and for the anguish that this has caused all of you.” This was a habit: to another, she said: “I also feel terrible about the collateral consequences of this conviction,” adding that “sex offenders are truly shunned in our society, but I have no control over the collateral consequences.”

As revolting as all this is, it doesn’t look as if it’s going to derail Jackson’s confirmation. Controlled opposition Republican Senator Susan Collins (R-Sellout) has already announced that she is going to vote for Jackson, and can Mitt Romney, Lisa Murkowski, and others be far behind? While the Democrats never, ever break ranks, they can always count on Republicans to do so and to help them further the Leftist agenda.

And that’s what Ketanji Brown Jackson is all about. She is not being put on the Supreme Court because of her qualifications. She is not even really being put on the Supreme Court because she is a black woman, although that’s why Old Joe Biden’s handlers chose her. She is being put on the Supreme Court because she will advance the Leftist agenda. She was lenient toward child pornographers, but there is no doubt whatsoever that she will be as tough as she possibly can be on one set of offenders: Jan. 6 “insurrectionists,” parents protesting at school boards against transgenderism and Critical Race Theory being taught in public schools, and the like. That’s why Ketanji Brown Jackson is being put on the Supreme Court. Once she is confirmed, as soon as a “right-wing” case comes before the Court, the world will see a new, tough, justice-must-be-done Ketanji Brown Jackson. Leniency? That’s for Leftists.

Message 33784648

Jmho the Ukraine war was set up for cover to usher in chaos which the left is now utilizing to shove their agenda down our throats. Green new deal (every fed agency on board not a single congressional hearing or law) and the continuation of the destruction of the family unit via trans pan and every other sexual and race based policy they can muster up.

Southern border is about to collapse and the focus is all Ukraine. Out of control inflation … lookit Zelensky playing Churchill.

Having a scotus justice who hands out 3 month sentences for baby & child porn offenses is unacceptable. They forced every senator to read Kavanaugh’s high school data and skip over Brown’s 48k filings on child porn cases. More cover by forcing all to look at Putin & Ukraine…

Outside of Bannon who’s talking about that ?

House Judiciary launches investigation into Facebook, Twitter over Hunter Biden coverup

saraacarter.com

| Sara A. Carter
Published 2 seconds ago on April 1, 2022

A special report conducted by the Media Research Center’s News Busters concludes the media helped President Joe Biden steal the presidency in 2020. Specifically, one in every six Biden voters would not have voted for him if it wasn’t for the bias media.

“One of every six Biden voters we surveyed (17%) said they would have abandoned the Democratic candidate had they known the facts about one or more of these news stories. A shift of this magnitude would have changed the outcome in all six of the swing states won by Joe Biden, and Donald Trump would have comfortably won a second term as president.”

News Busters writes:

“The left-wing news media didn’t just poison the information environment with their incessantly negative coverage of President Trump going into the 2020 election.”

“They also refused to give airtime to important arguments of the Republican campaign — both pro-Trump and anti-Biden — which meant millions of voters cast their ballots knowing only what the media permitted them to know about the candidates.”

To measure the true effect of the media’s censorship on the election, the Media Research Center asked The Polling Company to survey 1,750 Biden voters in seven swing states (Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin), six of which (all but North Carolina) were called for Biden (survey details below).

We tested these voters’ knowledge of eight news stories — all important topics that our ongoing analysis had shown the liberal news media had failed to cover properly. We found that a huge majority (82%) of Biden voters were unaware of at least one of these key items, with five percent saying they were unaware of all eight of the issues we tested.

This lack of information proved crucial:

Burying Biden’s Bad News: The media’s censorship of Biden’s scandals had the strongest impact on this year’s election. According to our survey, more than one-third of Biden voters (35.4%) were unaware of the serious allegations brought against the Democratic nominee by Tara Reade, a former staffer who said Biden sexually assaulted her in the 1990s.

If they had known about Tara Reade’s sexual assault allegations, 8.9% told us they would have changed their vote — either switching to Trump or a 3rd party candidate, not voting for any presidential candidate, or not voting at all. By itself, this would have flipped all six of the swing states won by Biden (Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin), giving the President a win with 311 electoral college votes.

Even more Biden voters (45.1%) said they were unaware of the financial scandal enveloping Biden and his son, Hunter (a story infamously censored by Twitter and Facebook, as well as ignored by the liberal media). According to our poll, full awareness of the Hunter Biden scandal would have led 9.4% of Biden voters to abandon the Democratic candidate, flipping all six of the swing states he won to Trump, giving the President 311 electoral votes.

The ticket’s left-wing ideology was another issue barely mentioned by the national press. A GovTrack analysisfound Biden’s running mate, California Senator Kamala Harris, had the most left-wing record of any Senator in 2019 (even more than self-described socialist Bernie Sanders). Our poll found that 25.3% of Biden voters said they didn’t know about Senator Harris’s left-wing ideology. If voters had the complete story, it would have led 4.1% of Biden voters to change their vote, flipping Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin to Trump. The result would have been a Trump victory, with 295 electoral college votes.

Hiding Trump’s Successes: The liberal media also prevented many Biden voters from learning about record-breaking positive economic news in the months leading up to the election. The five pre-election jobs reportsfrom June 5 to October 2 showed a record 11,161,000 jobs were created in the extraordinary snapback from the pandemic recession. Yet a large number of Biden voters (39.4%) said they didn’t know about this achievement. If they had, 5.4% said they would have changed their vote; this would have swung Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin to Trump, who would have won with 295 electoral votes.

On October 29, the government reported a huge jump in economic growth — 33.1% on an annual basis, double the previous record. Yet nearly half of Biden voters (49.0%) said they had no idea about this record-breaking achievement. Armed with that information, 5.6% said they would have changed their vote, swinging Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin and a total of 295 electoral votes to Trump.

¦ Putting It All Together: Looking at all eight of these issues together, our poll found that a total of 17% of Biden’s voters told us they would have changed their vote if they had been aware of one or more of these important stories. This would have moved every one of the swing states into Trump’s column, some by a huge margin. The President would have trounced Biden in the electoral college, 311 to 227.

Braindead Biden Forgets He Was Vice President — but He’s Totally Fine, You Guys

SNIP:

My RedState colleague Kira Davis is all of us right now. It is not normal for a president to continue to make these kinds of mistakes. I’ve honestly lost count of how many times Biden has forgotten what administration he served as vice president in, forgotten the names of his current cabinet members, forgotten how many grandchildren he has, and even forgotten what year it is.

Once is an understandable mistake. Even a few flubs are perhaps worthy of being explained away. But we are talking about dozens and dozens of brain-breaking instances over the course of just a few years in which the president appears to be completely out of it.

Hunter Biden would've been indicted before 2020 election if he were 'anybody else,' ex-fed says

nypost.com

Hunter Biden would likely have been indicted before the 2020 presidential election if he were “anybody else,” a former high-ranking federal prosecutor said Friday — after a report said a probe into the first son’s overseas business dealings was far from over.

Ex-Utah US Attorney Brett Tolman told “Fox & Friends” that “the US attorney in Delaware … has had this case for a long time.”

“Anybody else in this country, we would have seen these indictments probably before the election,” Tolman said.

Tolman also said testimony from former Hunter Biden business partner Tony Bobulinksi and various emails raised the possibility that President Biden, first lady Jill Biden, first brother James Biden and others “facilitated their ability to take large amounts of money from countries … and to be able to hide that from the government and to hide what they were buying.”

Tolman — now executive director of Right on Crime, a project of the nonprofit Texas Public Policy Foundation — suggested that officials were “afraid to see, maybe, access that was given to the vice president at the time,” who was then Joe Biden.

Ex-Utah US Attorney Brett Tolman says Hunter Biden would have been indicted before the election had he been “anybody else in the country.”FOX News Asked if he would “go after President Biden,” Tolman said, “I would be issuing — months ago, I would have issued search warrants.”

“I would have requested [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act] warrants to uncover what was happening with China,” he said.

“I would have put together, you know, a team of people.”

Ex-Utah US Attorney Brett Tolman said the US attorney in Delaware has had Hunter Biden’s case for a long time. A spokesperson for Delaware US Attorney David Weiss, who was appointed by former President Donald Trump, declined to comment.

Joe Biden has repeatedly denied any involvement in his son’s business affairs and said during the presidential debate on Oct. 22, 2020, “My son has not made any money in terms of this thing about — what he’s talking about China.”

Tolman’s remarks came in the wake of a Washington Post report that said it had authenticated emails from the infamous Hunter Biden laptop — which the New York Post first reported and brought to light a month before the election, in October 2020 — including some that involved a deal the first son pursued with the CEFC China Energy conglomerate for which he was paid nearly $5 million.

Former US Attorney Brett Tolman said testimony from Hunter Biden’s former business partner Tony Bobulinski (above) possibly criminally implicates the Biden family. REUTERS The Wednesday report made the Washington Post the second major news organization to do an about-face and admit that the emails from the laptop were real after repeatedly downplaying them as unverified and suggesting they could be part of a Russian “disinformation campaign.”

On March 16, the New York Times was the first to say it had authenticated some emails that apparently came from the laptop — but buried that revelation in the 24th paragraph of a 38-paragraph story.

Meanwhile, NBC News reported Thursday night that the tax probe that Hunter Biden acknowledged shortly after his dad was elected president had expanded to involve whether he allegedly violated federal lobbying laws on behalf of foreign companies.

The New York Times and Washington Post have reversed themselves and admit that the Hunter Biden laptop was real. Getty Images Although several witnesses testified before a federal grand jury in February, officials familiar with the investigation said it’s a long way from complete, NBC said.

ZELENSKY ADMITS TO SHOOTING RUSSIAN POWS - A WAR CRIME UNDER THE GENEVA CONVENTION. ZELENSKY ADMITTED TO BEING A WAR CRIMINAL.

Bret Baier asked Zelensky about Azov Battalion's shooting of Russian POWs.

Zelensky's answer? "They are what they are."

The Conservative Treehouse reported that Fox News cut the above clip out of the interview they uploaded to YouTube and FoxNews.com:
The question was asked during an interview between Brett Baier and Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Friday evening. However, you will not find this segment on the rebroadcast of the interview at Fox News [ Website Here]. They took it out. You will also not find this segment on the Fox News upload of the interview to their YouTube account [ See Here]. Again, they took it out.

In fact, if someone had not uploaded a livestream copy to Rumble [ Direct Link Here], there would be no other evidence the question was even asked, let alone the very flippant answer from Zelenskyy, "They are what they are"; where "they" is the neoNazi Azov battalion that have been merged with the Ukraine regular military.
I've read a lot of speculation claiming Azov is just blamed for all the atrocities of the regular Ukrainian military for political purposes by both Russia and Ukraine.

Ukraine wants to pass off their military's war crimes onto Azov and Russia wants to make it seem like their fight is only with Ukraine's "neo-Nazis."

Zelensky's comment suggesting that Azov was just "one of the groups" involved in said atrocities would certainly back that notion up.

Zelensky specifically stated Azov was "incorporated into the military of Ukraine."

It would be really nice if Fox News would provide some clarity as to why they deleted this clip. Was is a mistranslation? Was it poor editing taking him out context? Did they just not want people to see it because it made Zelensky look bad?

Baier still hasn't commented on it.

Unfortunately, we have to assume the worst as Fox News has been putting out tons of atrocity propaganda and taking their talking points directly from the Pentagon.

@JoeBiden
's "open borders" policy is impossible to deny, now that they are letting Title 42 die. There could be as many as 6.5 million migrants flooding into the country in the next calendar year (h/t @nytimes). A complete disaster & not the "normal" Americans voted for in 2020.

Used to be a kid couldn’t get a tattoo until 18 because they might regret it later. 20 years later and the culture is telling them to forever alter their endocrine system with puberty blockers.

KENTANJI JACKSON OPPOSES THE US DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE AND CONSTITUTION.

Say what you will about Ketanji Brown-Jackson being lenient on predators (we’ve said a lot and honestly that should give any senator pause when voting yes for her) and refusing to define what a woman is but THIS … this is legit insane. A SCOTUS justice not having a ‘position’ on whether or not our rights are inherent?

Having no position on the Declaration of Independence? REALLY?

And of course, Biden nominated her. What a joke.

This should be an immediate disqualifier.

She should not pass go.

She should not collect $200.

Ted Cruz sounds as shocked as we are:

You guys, Pete Buttigieg says we’re all just stuck with crazy price hikes at the pump until we give up fossil fuels and rely on green energy and stuff because … he doesn’t really know why, it’s just what he’s been told to say.

Over and over again.

He’s reading from notes. Maybe appointing a guy with no transportation experience to this role because he was gay was not the brightest thing for Biden to do. Just sayin’.

And Pete smiles as he says it … wow.

Anyone else sort of reminded of how Peter Strzok mockingly grinned knowing there would be no consequences for his actions? Yup, that’s what Pete’s face looks like to us. Welp, until we have green energy you peons will just have to deal with it.

What a toad.
