Rick, Speaking of high volume and visible, for those that want to get some background on LGND, they can start at home.att.net
which has lots of links to resources on the net.

[ LGND and HYSQ ]

For background, there are relatively new Lehman Brothers reports posted at.......

lehman.com

Disclaimer: I range-trade LGND on occasion, and I own some now. I do not own HYSQ.

Since the quick moves for HYSQ and TRPS recently caught our eye, I've decided to watch the sto list for companies that might make "affiliated" moves with news. That is, HYSQ moved on enthusiasm for AFFX resulting from the Glaxo/SKB discussions, and TRPS moved on enthusiasm regarding the PCOP/Molecular Simulations merger. Carol's reaction to HYSQ was similar to mine..... "no brainer, why didn't I think of that?"

Sympathy moves or "in your face" competition, we should be able to beat analysts to the calls.

(with Ray's permission, of course..... :-)
