Actually, I suffered pretty severe windburn on my lower lips. It took me a while to figure that out. Initially I thought my lips were just cracked and chapped. But I recently bought a powerful lip balm product and am in the process of healing where scabs are forming. My wife isn't to happy about my current condition since my lips are temporarily out of commission for certain activities, but she understands.

Feeling much better, but you wouldn't know it from the look of things.
