It would be interesting to see the comparative risk between alcohol and obesity due to sugar and processed food intake.

That can't be a surprise. Ethanol has the effects on the human body and mind that it does because it is a poison.

I am not a teetotaler, but now that I think about I can't remember the last time I drank any alcohol.
