Some of the “futuristic socialists” figured out how to use Artificial Intelligence in service of their Nirvana. Most of the work will be done by smart robots, controlled by smart computers. They will produce everything people need in their lives. And what they intend is to serve as “leaders” - in charge of the overall system. At least, this implies that they know they’re totally useless at running an economy.
