No, I take nothing personally here, nor offer anything to be taken personally. May I point out, if you will, that in your last offering, you were talking about "the" church. Presumably, that is the one requiring priests and nuns to "marry" God and be celibate. That does not apply elsewhere. In most all divisions of the Eastern Orthodox Church, for instance, priests must be married before they can be ordained. They may even be married with children before entering divinity school. I understand where you are coming from, however. I have a number of relatives-by-marriage who left that church over these issues to join others removed from cloud of which you speak.
