Lithuania built an LNG terminal in 2014 to diversify its gas supply, by importing LNG from Norway and elsewhere. I imagine they just ramped up these LNG imports in the wake of Putin's invasion so they can ditch Russian gas entirely.

Lithuania exports part of this non-Russian supply to Latvia, Estonia and Finland.
