Dwight, Let me echo the comment on yahoo: WOW! Those distributors were really cleaning up, given that the country was divided into 3 distributorships. Each one probably controlled 4-500 sites. I wonder if they were paid for the full contract regardless of whether the customer was paying his bills. And $1200 for a new site: zero incentive to keep customers happy. I think Jerry did the right thing by axing the commissions to a reasonable level, and dividing up the country into 7 (or is it 14?) regions. ... cheers, Rich
