What's your time horizon for your purchase and eventual sale? It's never fun to buy a LT stock and see it go down a couple of points right away, so I understand you're looking for an entry point.

If you a long hauler, though, a point or so won't make that much difference.

Or....is this a trading vehicle for a ST get-in/get-out, make so dough, thing.

I would think however that it will not get down to the recent lows at the 28 level, assuming that this sector HAS turned around, and we are in store for rising lows and rising highs.
