Re <<direction>>

Compare to whatever your pharmacist say, but without pelletizing at manufacturer (in satchels) one would best slow-boil the ingredients in their natural state (whatever the herbs) whether bark, seed, leaf, or root, after fine crushing, over 3 hours, adding water as one goes, and drink whatever the awful brew result, and grimace. Monitor all liver enzymes readings to make sure to stop / cutback in case of spike as against gentle rise. I believe I noted such in our WhatsApps.

But know that am not doctor, and my doctor unwilling to provide specifics without F2F consultation so he can take measure of your ‘qi’ by feeling ‘mai’
