Even the small towns in Kansas have heard of DSL. And I agree, not stops being taken out. I think the short term longs get nervous when PAIR doesn't go stright up and take profits, pay high tax and then buy back in higher when it goes up. :).

Re: If it's believable and I can make money?

Jay,

You read that post fast, I changed my mind on posting, but since you read it, I'll continue.

I attended the Money Show at Disney's Coronodo Resort last FRI & Sat.
During the Technology Luncheon one of the panel mentioned Compaq buying ORCKIT. Later in the day after a Technology Workshop, by Michael Murphy. Michael (California Technology Stock Letter) stood outside the Workshop Hall and fielded questions for about an hour. This was generous of him, as most speakers might devote two minutes at best. Since he was on the Tech Luncheon panel, I asked what he thought of a buyout of ORCKIT by Compaq, he said Compaq, had looked at 10 DSL'ers and even went to Israel to take a look a Orckit, but he seemed to think PAIR would be Compaq's pick.
Regards,
