I think the only people’s state of mind Hannity and Penn conveyed were their own. Sean tried hard to make a good impression. Seems like he’d like to befriend the actor. Towards the end, though, the chat drifted down to Lindsey Graham level - about hoping that someone will assassinate Putin (of course, it’s ALL about Putin).

Sean Penn is a little wacky, but he’s interesting to watch. I like his movies. Very entertaining. Talented actor.

It was an interesting discussion, but Penn has lapses in his thought process that make him hard to understand. He looks like a guy who does a lot of recreational drugs.

And Hannity was slobbering a bit, like he does every time he interviews a lib.
