I think the Dems are turning against Biden already - maybe in hopes of improving their odds in November. They may have concluded that replacing Joe is inevitable. Otoh, they must be aware that Harris would do very little to improve the situation.

Not sure specifically about Joe’s aneurysms and the extent of damage they caused, but with certain types of strokes the risk of dementia may go up quite dramatically. Can’t really diagnose anyone based on watching clips on the screen - but, to put it diplomatically, Joe isn’t 100%. He may be in the early stages of dementia - but it also could be the-so called mild cognitive impairment - the “pre-clinical” phase of the disease. Despite the name, it may be quite noticeable. We’ve all seen it.

By the age of 85 almost 35% of the population have symptoms of Alzheimer’s dementia. It’s very common.
