Hank--Doug R has the ACT IL info and has posted it on this thread. Due a full text search. I can't remember the price he predicted. I just looked at the 21/9 envelope and the bottom is at @14 1/8 today and moving up a little each day.(not very precise). I would say that would be the lowest it would go but safer to buy higher IMHO. Myron
