The torture and killings of Russian POW’s were done in real time, on camera. OTOH, killings in Bucha supposedly occurred days and weeks earlier, during the occupation. Even though the Russians left in March 30 — and the next day the mayor of the town issued a cheerful video address, confirming that the occupation was over. Corpses first appeared a few days later - after Ukrainian security forces came into town to clean it up from “saboteurs” and collaborators.

I’m open to new info from either side, as it comes out.

Btw, just noticed that Scott Ritter was banned by TWTR. Where is the new member of the Board Elon Musk when we need him…

PS — here, the commander of the Georgian “foreign legion” saying straight out that Russian and Chechen soldiers will not be taken alive. I believe him.

A while back, there was a man who was in charge of some medical care system, saying that he ordered all the doctors to castrate Russian POWs - because they were not human, but “cockroaches”. That was in the first days of the war, the level of anger wasn’t so high yet - and he had to cancel his order and apologize.
