I see a problem for Xi with Putin's utter fcukup in Ukraine ... losing face wrt army and followed by atrocities... and apparent desertions ... Putin has now lost all cred IMO on the not wanting a NATO country on his border... The only honest card he had to play... Putin has now turned Ukraine into Crimea ..a land grab .. hard to reconcile for Xi wanting to take back what actually is part of China .. neh ?

China needs tread carefully I think..
