Didn't like how everything is hesitating at resistance so went flat on trading positions. Sold SPXL and MSFT.
I'm done for the day. Going to putter. 40 mph winds and sprinkles, temperature dropping. Blah

< energy situation in regards to Europe>

1. This is now a national security issue, not merely economic. The sovereignty of Europe is restricted by their dependence on Russian energy.
2. All realistic outcomes, include Europe ending reliance on Russia for any vital resource.
3. Solar, wind, EVs are the LT answer….think decades….
4. Shorter-term, a recession in Europe is likely.
5. LNG will get built rapidly, to bring all the low-cost and stranded natgas to market. The world has an abundance of natgas, and a shortage of infrastructure to use it.
6. Norway cannot produce more.
7. Don’t worry about the trash. Someone will genetically engineer an edible mushroom that digests used windmill blades. Or maybe we can sell them to aliens as art objects.

Snowed yesterday. My dogs love rolling in the fresh fluffy cold drifts.
