Those phone calls have also been initiated by individuals strongly suspected to be in the drug trade. Any phone calls to said suspected, and possibly tapped (by law enforcement agencies), phone numbers, will be traced back to the person or organization which unwittingly gave the "representative" access to their phone line. Like the local hospital, school, or any organization with more than one phone line connected via a switchboard. To say nothing of the long distance charges! rd
