Rock Edge raises $370 000 in IPO miningweekly.com 7th April 2022 By: Marleny Arnoldi Creamer Media Online Writer Canadian exploration company Rock Edge Resources has completed its initial public offering (IPO) of 3.7-million common shares at a price of $0.10 a share for gross proceeds of $370 000. The shares were listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange and began trading on April 7. The net proceeds from the IPO will be used for working capital and to carry out exploration on the Stockwork project, which consists of four mineral claims covering an area of 645 ha, about 65 km southeast of Vernon, British Columbia, Canada.
