DD, I think you'll be fine DD. I see great things for this company over the course of 1998. One of the most appealing aspects of the company has been the unwillingness to be self-promotive and hypish about what they are building up in the business plan. Ken Smith told me that so far as he is concerned, he wants the company's progress to speak for itself. We may have some ups and downs, but I see $3 by the end of 1998, beginning of 1999. However, progress may be expedited by the recent news release related to the CA agreement. Big money to be made there providing services that normally find their way to the Maquiladoras, as well as the normal problems of having inmates being underutilized and with too much idle time on their hands. Still speculative capital, but I like what I have seen thus far. Good to have you aboard. Regards, Ron
