Vladimir Putin understands that wars are something you win, while the D.C. establishment doesn’t fight wars, but commits American forces to implementing multilateral values. “Multilateral values” - aka, the Big Idea bullsh*t. Global warming, Democracy (the way I like it), New Improved One World communism…. In other words, we venture overseas in search of monsters to slay. Exactly what we’ve been forewarned about. The book is good. One of the co-authors is Adm. James Stavridis - a man who really knows the business. Well written. I’m already in the part when WWIII is getting rolling. Thanks for the reco!
