Reports state he was caught luring a 16 year old to a Burger King a decade earlier and let off.

When you consider he was an intelligence Officer in the Marine Corp and would know something about remaining clandestine, it's likely being caught more than once is a drop in the bucket to his criminal behavior.

As for Ritter, you’re right. I looked it up.

...well I listened to Ritter and he is on record..............this thing will ultimately end and then we can figure out who all were the experts......until then............it's all just conjecture.....from everyone
