Barbara, - I've been doing a little digging into issues that have recently declared
reverse stock splits, and have come up with the following list for future reference.

Harvard Scientific 1- for-10 declared 2/3/98.
Centurion Mines 1-for-10
Hawk Industries 1-for-20
International Nursing 1-for-5
Dynaq International 1-for-4
Hollywood Prod. 1-for-3
Irata, Incorporated - SHAREHOLDERS REJECT proposed 1-for-6
Waste Systems 1-for-5.
Revenge Marine - company gets NASDAQ approval to complete 1-for-10.

I believe ACLY came into being the same way.

I have been short ACLY since early Nov. and as the price appreciates, I do more and more DD. It's a nice little company that should someday have revenues of 8 -10 million, if they get into a business other than remediating old DEC systems, and if they get enough of a foot in the door with their y2k clients. I can't believe their market valuation though ($200 mm). It looks like the company is being valued based on long term growth of 50%, and is assigned a PE based on expected 98 earnings of about $0.36/sh. With about 8 M shares out, that gives a price of 18/sh. How they command $25/sh is a complete mystery.

Ideas??
