    20 Federal 'Assets' Embedded at Capitol on Jan. 6, Court Filing Says

    At least 20 FBI and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives “assets” were embedded around the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, a defense attorney wrote in a court filing on April 12.

    The disclosure was made in a motion seeking to dismiss seditious conspiracy and obstruction charges against 10 Oath Keepers defendants in one of the most prominent Jan. 6 criminal cases.

    David W. Fischer, attorney for Thomas E. Caldwell of Berryville, Virginia, filed a 41-page motion to dismiss four counts on behalf of all Oath Keepers case defendants before U.S. District Judge Amit P. Mehta in Washington, D.C.

    Caldwell is charged in the indictment, but is not a member of the Oath Keepers, he told The Epoch Times in March.

    At least 20 FBI and ATF assets were embedded around the Capitol on J6,” read a footnote on Page 6 of the motion. No other details were provided in the document.

    The footnote said defense attorneys “combed through a mountain of discovery,” including FBI form 302 summaries of interviews conducted by FBI agents.

    In addition to the information about law-enforcement assets on the ground at the Capitol, the footnote says, the Oath Keepers “were being monitored and recorded prior to J6.”

    Poring over evidence turned over in discovery by prosecutors in two major Oath Keepers cases has “not found one iota of proof” that defendants “had any plan, intention, design, or scheme to specifically enter the Capitol Building on J6,” the motion said.

    Fischer told The Epoch Times he could not comment on the motion or provide more details on the footnote.

    Since the first arrests of Jan. 6 defendants in early 2021, there has been extensive speculation and questions from attorneys, defendants, case observers, and members of Congress about the role law enforcement played that day.

    During a Senate Judiciary Committee Hearing on Jan. 11, U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) grilled top FBI officials on the subject.

    “How many FBI agents or confidential informants actively participated in the events of Jan. 6?” Cruz asked Jill Sanborn, executive assistant director of the FBI’s national security branch.

    “Sir, I’m sure you can appreciate that I can’t go into the specifics of sources and methods,” Sanborn said.

    Cruz replied, “Did any FBI agents or confidential informants actively participate in the events of Jan. 6, yes or no?”

    “Sir, I can’t answer that,” Sanborn said.

    “Did any FBI agents or confidential informants commit crimes of violence on Jan. 6?” Cruz asked.

    “I can’t answer that, sir,” Sanborn replied.

    Jeremy M. Brown, an Oath Keepers member from Florida who was charged with two Jan. 6-related counts but is not part of either major Oath Keepers conspiracy case, told The Epoch Times earlier this year that the FBI unsuccessfully tried to recruit him in 2020 to spy on the group.

    Brown said the same agents who later arrested him for alleged Jan. 6 crimes tried to recruit him on Dec. 11, 2020, to become a confidential informant. He refused. He was arrested on Sept. 30, 2021, when dozens of federal agents swarmed his Florida property.

    “When asked by me and my girlfriend to produce the warrants at the time of arrest, they refused to produce them,” Brown said. “One agent was even recorded stating, ‘We don’t know what we are looking for yet.’ They should look for a copy of the Constitution and read it.”

    No Crime Stated?

    The Oath Keepers, including founder Elmer Stewart Rhodes III, are charged with conspiring to enter the Capitol on Jan. 6 to prevent the certification of the Electoral College votes from the 2020 presidential election. Protests and rioting on Jan. 6 interrupted a joint session of Congress for about six hours.

    “The Rhodes defendants seek dismissal of Counts 1-4 on the grounds that the indictment fails to state an offense as to each count,” Fischer wrote in his motion.

    The four counts covered in the motion to dismiss all refer to obstructing a proceeding or preventing an officer from discharging duties.

    Under Title 18 of the U.S. Code, the seditious conspiracy charge “requires proof that the purpose of the defendants’ seditious conspiracy was to forcibly obstruct a person authorized to execute a law, while that person was attempting to execute the particular law opposed by the defendants,” Fischer wrote.

    “Per binding precedent, however, Members of Congress are constitutionally prohibited from ‘executing any law of the United States,’ ” the motion said. “Additionally, per binding precedent, the Electoral College certification process did not constitute the ‘execution of any law of the United States.’ ”

    Counts 2 and 3 of the indictment are brought under 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c), but that law only applies to obstructive acts related to the destruction of evidence, the motion said.

    This argument was cited in March by U.S. District Judge Carl J. Nichols, who dismissed the same obstruction charge in two other Jan. 6 cases.

    Count 4 accuses the defendants of conspiring to prevent an officer from discharging any duties.

    Under binding legal precedent, the motion argues, the terms “office,” “officer” and “officer of the United States” take their meaning from the Appointments Clause of the U.S. Constitution.

    Members of Congress are not “officers” under the Appointments Clause, Fischer wrote.

    The motion described the indictment as “an obscenely one-sided, selectively edited, and inaccurate representation of [Oath Keepers’] actions and statements.”

    The Oath Keepers “Quick Reaction Forces” (QRFs) described in the criminal complaint as being ready to assist in the attack on the Capitol with men and armaments were actually standing by in Virginia in case Oath Keepers in DC were attacked or threatened by Antifa, the motion said.

    “… Every scrap of evidence reviewed confirms that the ‘QRFs,’ which were utilized on numerous prior dates, were intended as rescue forces in the event that the Oath Keepers were attacked by Antifa or a similar contingency, and not to attack the Capitol Building,” the filing said.

    In a companion motion filed on behalf of defendant Kelly Meggs, attorney Jonathon Moseley described the notion of opposing the lawful transfer of presidential power as a “thought crime,” and the charge in the indictment as “devoid of supporting factual allegations.”

    “The Constitution makes clear that it is a Constitutional impossibility to ‘oppose the transfer of presidential power.’ Not only could such a goal not be accomplished, but beyond that, it is an irrational concept lacking in any basis, in fact, law, or common sense,” Moseley wrote.

    “This is not a case in which conspirators might attempt to do something they are unable to successfully achieve,” Moseley’s filing said. “It is an irrational concept like dividing by zero. There can be no such thing in law or fact.”

    The Epoch Times contacted the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia for comment but did not receive a reply by press time.

    Joe Biden asked son Hunter about "future earnings potential" in messages that conflict with Democrats' earlier portrayals of first family's financial affairs.

    President Joe Biden was more involved in Hunter Biden's financial and business dealings than previously acknowledged, allowing his son to pay some of his bills, diverting one of his tax refunds to his son, rubbing elbows with the first son's foreign clients and even directly referring a friend who wanted to "do some work" with his son, according to email and text messages reviewed by Just the News.

    Jeff Cooper "asked for you," Joe Biden texted his son, sending along the phone number of a well-to-do trial lawyer and longtime Joe Biden donor. "Wants to do some work with you. Love Dad."

    The summer 2018 message is one of the clearest pieces of evidence gathered by FBI and congressional investigators that Joe Biden was not simply a passive bystander in his son's globe-trotting business pursuits, but rather at times assisting and benefiting financially, the messages show.

    For instance, a string of spring and summer 2010 emails show Hunter Biden and a partner at his Rosemont Seneca firm assisted the White House with documents for Joe Biden's tax returns after his first year in office. Afterwards, they chose to divert the then-vice president's Delaware state tax refund to Hunter Biden to pay off money the father owed his son, the emails state.

    "I am depositing it in his account and writing a check in that amount back to you since he owes it to you," Rosemont Seneca official Eric Schwerin wrote in June 2010 about Joe Biden's tax refund. "Don't think I need to run it by him, but if you want to go ahead."

    Another Schwerin email a month later entitled "JRB bills" — using the future president's initials— listed a series of expenses from Joe Biden's lakefront home in Wilmington, Del., that Hunter Biden had paid.

    They included $1,239 of air conditioner repairs at "mom-mom's cottage," and another $1,475 to paint the "back wall and columns at the lake house." There was $475 "for shutters" and $2,600 for building or repairing a "stone retaining wall at the lake."

    Other emails suggested Joe Biden — often referred to as "Pop," the "big guy," and "my chairman" in sensitive communications — was looking to Hunter Biden and Schwerin to find him riches for when he left office.

    Since Peter Schweizer's blockbuster 2018 book " Secret Empires: How the American Political Class Hides Corruption and Enriches Family and Friends," there have been hints that Hunter Biden was providing a cut of his business to his father in the Obama White House and afterwards.

    An infamous 2017 email, for example, suggested 10% of a major Chinese deal was being reserved by Hunter for the "big guy," and a wandering text message Hunter Biden sent his daughter Naomi complained that "unlike pop, I won't make you give me half your salary."

    But Just the News and the Government Accountability Institute reviewed 100,000-plus email and text messages on the laptop that Hunter Biden abandoned at a computer repair shop in Delaware (later seized by the FBI) as well as bank records and memos obtained under FOIA, by the FBI in other court cases, or voluntarily shared by two of Hunter Biden's estranged business partners.

    Those messages contain several references suggesting Joe and Hunter Biden at times commingled finances and business affairs.

    Shortly after Joe Biden had been sworn in as vice president in 2009, Hunter Biden joined forces with two of his close friends from Yale: Devon Archer and Christopher Heinz (stepson of then-Senator and future Secretary of State John Kerry).

    Heinz and Archer effectively merged the Heinz business, Rosemont Capital ( named after the Heinz family's Rosemont Farm in Pennsylvania), with Hunter Biden's Seneca Global Advisors ( registered in August 2008 by longtime Biden associate Eric Schwerin and named, like other Biden businesses, after one of the finger lakes in upstate New York).

    Rosemont Capital formed the “trunk” of the Biden-Archer-Heinz business tree. Soon, there were Rosemont Seneca branches springing out globally in every direction: Rosemont Realty, Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners, Rosemont Seneca Bohai, and Rosemont Seneca Thornton, to name a few.

    With these entities in place, Joe Biden's brother James and son Hunter were able to cash in with foreign interests in regions of the world where the elder Biden held substantial sway.

    James Biden, for example, landed a billion-dollar construction contract in Iraq while the vice president oversaw the U.S. military occupation there. Hunter Biden (along with Devon Archer) scored " millions of dollars" from the corrupt Ukrainian oil and gas company, Burisma, coinciding with Joe Biden's "point man" appointment in the region.

    Neither Hunter Biden nor James Biden had any experience in Ukrainian energy or Iraqi construction, respectively. So why were they hired?

    A lawyer for Hunter Biden declined to return repeated messages seeking comment.

    The meetings

    Joe Biden has claimed he never discussed his son's business dealings and insinuated he never met with his son's business partners. But messages and documents conflict with that portrayal, showing Joe Biden referred potential work from the likes of Jeff Cooper to Hunter Biden and also met with his son's foreign business partners on numerous occasions.

    Cooper is longtime Joe Biden donor and trial lawyer who worked with Beau Biden's firm in Delaware on asbestos litigation dating back to 2005. From 2012 to 2014, Hunter Biden was listed as a manager of Cooper's Eudora Global, LLC.

    Just the News reached out to Cooper for comment but he did not immediately return calls.

    In a 2011 email, Hunter Biden's business partners discussed cultivating relationships with a wealthy group of Chinese entrepreneurs that one associate described as "China Inc." as part of a "new push on soft diplomacy for the Chinese." The "China Inc." entrepreneurs were desperate to get a meeting at the White House.

    It appears Devon Archer or Hunter Biden was able to deliver and 30 members of the Chinese Entrepreneurs Club (CEC) indeed visited the White House on Nov. 14, 2011, according to White House visitor logs. But those logs fail to disclose precisely whom the Chinese entrepreneurs met with: Vice President Joe Biden himself.

    A trip itinerary posted by the CEC indicates the delegation met with Obama's then-recently-confirmed Commerce Secretary John Bryson but, like the visitor log, makes no mention of a meeting with the vice president. But Joe Biden did meet with his son's associates. The secret meeting was revealed in an obscure document by one of the founders of the CEC.

    In December 2013, Hunter Biden flew to Beijing with his father aboard Air Force Two for the latter's official visit with Chinese Communist Party leaders. While the vice president was there on official business, the second son was there to line up a billion-dollar private equity deal with the Chinese. Hunter Biden admits that Joe Biden met with his Chinese business partner, Jonathan Li, in the lobby of a Chinese hotel.

    In April 2014, Hunter Biden's closest business partner, Devon Archer, met with Joe Biden in the White House. It is not clear what they discussed, but the meeting did take place, according to the Obama administration's Secret Service WAVES visitor logs. The meeting took place on the same day that Ukraine-based Burisma Holdings wired the first payment (totaling over $100,000) to the Rosemont Seneca Bohai account, which served as a clearinghouse for much of Hunter Biden's and Archer's foreign income.

    In spring 2015, Hunter Biden invited a bevy of foreign oligarchs, including the former mayor of Moscow Yuri Luzhkov and his billionaire wife Elena Baturina, to dinner at the Cafe Milano in Washington D.C. Hunter also invited a Burisma representative named Vadym Pozharskyi and several Kazakh oligarchs.

    The Russians did not attend, but the Kazakhs and the Ukrainian did and were able to meet with Vice President Joe Biden in the venue's secluded “Garden Room.” As with other Joe Biden meetings with Hunter Biden's foreign business associates, the Garden Room meeting was conveniently not disclosed on Joe Biden's official schedule.

    And in February 2016, Hunter sent an angry email to the grandson of a former Mexican president stating, "I have brought every single person you have ever asked me to bring to the F'ing White House and the Vice President's house and the inauguration and then you go completely silent — I don't hear from you for months." Hunter Biden was furious that he had "delivered on every single thing" the Mexican oligarch had ever asked without reciprocation.

    Commingled finances

    On March 19, 2010, the vice president's counsel emailed Hunter Biden and Eric Schwerin to “check in” on a number of issues relating to Joe Biden's taxes. A bullet point reading "2008 Tax Audit Letter" indicated that a case needed to be made to the IRS that the "VP was not required to pay self-employment tax."

    The email raises questions, including: Why would the vice president's counsel be asking Hunter Biden and his business partner for help with Joe Biden's tax "issues?"

    Ten days later, Eric Schwerin emailed the Senate "Disbursing" office seeking to change Joe Biden's "state of withholding" IRS status. Hunter's business partner sent the emails from his Rosemont Seneca Partners private email account. A few months later, in June 2010, Schwerin wrote that he was depositing Joe Biden's state income tax refund check into Joe Biden's account and then writing a check to Hunter Biden for the full refund amount, telling the vice president's son, "he owes it to you."

    According to his public tax returns, Joe Biden paid $17,718 in state and local income taxes in the preceding year, 2009; it is unclear how much of that was refunded and deposited into Hunter's account.

    Less than one month after passing along Joe Biden's tax refund to Hunter Biden, Schwerin worked with Hunter Biden on a plan titled "JRB Future Memo" outlining ways for Joe Biden to make more money once he left the White House.

    Schwerin asked Hunter Biden, "Does it make sense to see if your Dad has some time in the next couple of weeks while you are in DC to talk about it?"

    "Your Dad just called me (about his mortgage)," Schwerin wrote, "and mentioned he'd be out a lot soon and not really back until Labor Day so it dawned on me it might be a good time [to meet with Joe Biden about the memo] (also he could use some news about his future earnings potential!)."

    Why was Joe Biden calling Schwerin about his mortgage? And why was Hunter Biden's business partner and the manager of his LLCs handling Joe Biden's taxes and preparing memos about "future earnings potential" barely a year and a half into the vice president's first term?

    The emails about Joe Biden's mortgage, taxes, and future earnings potential are hardly the only evidence that the vice president and his son were commingling finances.

    Even before Joe Biden was elected vice president in 2008, Hunter was paying for the then-senator's personal cell phone. In a 2018 text message conversation with his secretary, Hunter wrote, "My dad has been using most [phone] lines on this [AT&T] account which I've through the gracious offerings of Eric [Schwerin] have paid for past 11 years."

    Using conservative estimates based on the costs outlined in Hunter Biden's emails, covering Joe Biden's $190-per-month AT&T bill for eleven years amounts to approximately $25,000 in direct financial benefits to a sitting politician. The undisclosed gift total surpasses $30,000 when the home repairs are included.

    When Joe Biden left office in 2017, he had much more financial freedom, as he no longer had to disclose his financial interests. The Chinese intelligence-linked company CEFC China Energy waited until February 2017 — weeks after Joe Biden returned to the private sector (for the first time in decades) — to begin enriching the Biden family for deals struck between 2015 and 2016.

    The Bidens' CEFC dealings resulted in a nearly $6 million windfall (and a three-carat diamond) that went directly into Hunter and James Biden, according to the emails and evidence Senate investigators published. Just as Joe Biden was leaving the White House, CEFC was beginning to offer the Bidens big money (including a proposed 10% "held by H[unter]" earmarked for the "Big Guy").

    Hunter Biden finally decided to stop paying his dad's cell phone bill because, as one email indicates, "he [Joe Biden] wants to start paying it."

    By 2019, the emails show, the cash flow had reversed with Joe Biden making a commitment to pay off his drug-addicted son's bills, according to one poignant message.

    "Hello VP team," Hunter Biden's assistant wrote to two of Joe Biden's staffers in January 2019. "I spoke with Hunter today regarding his bills," the email stated, revealing that the former vice president would "cover these bills in the short-term as Hunter transitions in his career."

    The emails, memos, and other documents raise many questions in the shadows of a U.S. attorney's investigation in Delaware focused on Hunter Biden's business dealings.

    But perhaps it really is as simple as this explicit text message:

    “I Hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this entire family [for] 30 years," Hunter Biden texted his daughter in January 2019. "It's really hard. But don't worry, unlike Pop, I won't make you give me half your salary."

    Hunter Biden and his business associates also took note one time when his father talked about wanting a son who could enrich the family.

    "Extra Bonus Quote of the Day," Schwerin wrote Hunter Biden in July 2014, citing a media report of the vice president's comment.

    "'I should have one Republican kid who'd grow up to make money.' - Vice President Joe Biden, quoted by WLWT, when talking about the professional choices made by his children," the email added.

    Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop revealed much information, including Hunter’s shady business dealings in Ukraine and China, raising questions about the extent to which President Biden was involved in his son’s business activities. This ongoing scandal lifted the curtain of foreign governments’ covert influence campaigns in the United States. No government has conducted such influence campaigns more effectively than Communist China.

    To understand China’s influence campaigns on foreign soil, one has to get familiar with a secretive Chinese government agency, the United Front Work Department (UFWD), or United Front. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) established UFWD in the 1930s, aiming to recruit famous intellectuals, writers, teachers, students, publishers, and business leaders who were not necessarily Communists.

    These recruits promoted the CCP’s agenda, influenced public opinion in favor of the CCP in territory ruled by the Nationalist Party, and helped the CCP secure the weapons, medicine, and other resources to overthrow the Nationalist-led government. Then-CCP leader Mao Zedong called the United Front a “magic weapon” for the CCP.

    When Xi Jinping came to power in late 2012, he greatly expanded the UFWD and elevated the UFWD’s status by having a politburo member, Ms. Sun Chunlan, head the UFWD. Today, the UFWD’s headquarters in Beijing is located in an unmarked but heavily guarded building next to the CCP’s leadership compound. This location says the highest power in the nation directly endorses its mission and strategy.

    UFWD workers are assigned to many government branches inside and outside China, including almost all Chinese embassies, which now include staff formally working with United Front. The UFWD is tasked with helping the CCP aggressively and yet covertly dictate its messages and narratives about China. UFWD’s goal is to gather information and either win over or co-opt support for the CCP. It is to attack and neutralize potential dissent and opposition inside and outside China.

    Influencing the Influencers

    The UFWD’s overseas influence campaigns rely on various methods, including establishing Confucius Institutes and controlling Chinese Students and Scholars Associations on college campuses in the west. But one of its most effective methods is to cultivate politicians, prominent business people, and well-known intellectuals in the west as “friends of China.”

    These “friends” then influence policies and public opinion in their home countries to favor China, while trying to minimize harm to China and silence any criticism of the CCP. This approach is called “influencing the influencers.”

    The UFWD’s process of cultivating “friends” usually involves several tactics. UFWD knows how to make them feel important through excessive flattery, lavish trips to China, and access to high-level Chinese government officials. For foreign business elites and families of prominent foreign politicians, the UFWD has made sure they were rewarded financially either through bribes or preferential business terms.

    John Kerry and Henry Kissinger Connections

    Isaac Stone Fish, a visiting fellow at the Atlantic Council and author of “America Second,” recently wrote that one of the most influential “friends of China” the UFWD has painstakingly cultivated is Henry Kissinger, former national security advisor and secretary of the State under Presidents Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford. Even though he retired from his government post long ago, whenever Kissinger traveled to China, he was always granted an audience with China’s top leader.

    According to Fish, Kissinger has been “actively dampening criticism of the [Chinese Communist] Party amongst his massive network.” For example, Kissinger suggested the George H.W. Bush administration take “a lighter response to the June 1989 Tiananmen Square massacre.” Kissinger was also reportedly “convinced the Trump administration not to meet with the Dalai Lama — Trump was the first president since Reagan to not meet with the Tibetan spiritual leader.”

    The Chinese government has also been cultivating relationships with family members of other prominent U.S. politicians. For example, Chinese companies, including some large state-owned enterprises such as the Bank of China (BOC), funded 80 percent of the Bohai Harvest RST (BHR) investment fund, which was partly owned and directed by Hunter Biden and Chris Heinz, the stepson of former Secretary of State John Kerry, through their private equity fund, Rosemont Seneca Partners.

    The Chinese government authorities approved the deal to establish the fund after Hunter Biden traveled to China with then-Vice President Joe Biden in 2013. China’s apparent motive was to buy influence in the United States through the children of two of the most prominent officials in the Obama administration.

    Beijing’s investment in BHR soon paid off. In 2015, the fund played a crucial role in securing approval by the Obama administration and the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) for the sale of the Michigan-based Henniges Automotive to one of China’s leading military aircraft makers, the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC).

    Wall Street Influence

    In addition to prominent politicians and their families, foreign business elites are also targets of UFWD’s foreign influence campaign. Former Attorney General William Barr criticized American businesses from tech companies to Hollywood for becoming “pawns of Chinese influence.” Probably no other sector has been more influenced by Beijing than Wall Street.

    A China sovereign wealth fund, China Investment Corp (CIC), invested $3 billion in funding for Blackstone Group’s initial public offering in 2007. The Chinese government approved BlackRock, another Wall Street firm, to start a private-fund business in China in 2017. BlackRock’s CEO Larry Fink received an award from the National Committee on United States-China Relations a year later, with Kissinger and Chinese Ambassador Cui Tiankai in the audience.

    Not surprisingly, Blackstone CEO Stephen Schwartzman and Fink have been the most vocal cheerleaders for Beijing on Wall Street. Schwarzman set up a Schwarzman Scholars program at Tsinghua University, one of the most prestigious universities in China, working closely with Chen Xu, the CCP secretary at Tsinghua. Chen later became the deputy head of UFWD.

    On behalf of Beijing, Fink lobbied index provider MSCI to include shares of Chinese companies traded on mainland China exchanges in its emerging-market index. Some investors were against such an inclusion, concerned about the lack of transparency in Chinese companies and the Chinese government’s strict capital control. BlackRock also offered its full support when Hong Kong-traded Chinese companies proposed to require their boards to “seek advice on major decisions from Communist Party committees,” according to the Wall Street Journal.

    During President Trump’s first term, the Chinese government turned to Schwartzman, Fink, and other CEOs of large Wall Street firms for help during the U.S.- China trade negotiations, promising to reward their efforts with more expansion of their firms in China.

    Mutually Beneficial Influence Peddling

    In addition to lobbying, Wall Street firms such as BlackRock have also channeled billions of dollars into Chinese companies. Some of the companies they funded are allegedly either involved in human rights abuses of Uyghur Muslims or have close ties with the Chinese military, presenting a threat to U.S. national security.

    In his piece about Kissinger being played by China, Fish stated the UFWD’s overseas influence campaigns have been so successful that some western politicians and business elites who became “agents” of the CCP don’t even know they are agents of the CCP.

    One way to address China’s overseas influence campaign is to enforce the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), requiring “those acting as the agents of foreign principals to publicly disclose that relationship and their political or other similar activities by registering with the Justice Department.” But doing so may upset some very rich and famous American elites. Therefore, whether the Biden administration’s Department of Justice has the political will to do so remains to be seen.

    The Great Vaccine Disaster

    “Vaccinated Have Up To SIX Times the Infection Rate of Unvaccinated, New Zealand Government Data Show” reads a recent headline from The Daily Sceptic.

    Disturbing data keeps coming from countries around the world: those who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 are contracting Covid at considerably higher rates than those who have not been vaccinated. Even worse, the vaccinated are now also falling seriously ill and dying more often than their unvaccinated counterparts.

    In the UK, for example, in March nearly 90 percent of Covid hospitalizations and over 90 percent of Covid deaths were among the vaccinated.

    The British data is consistent with that coming from other nations such as New Zealand, Australia, Scotland and Canada. Steve Kirsch summarized this situation in his Substack piece titled The More You Vax, The Weaker Your Immune System Becomes.

    Kirsch’s piece opens with the following sentence:

    It doesn’t get any more insane than this: the more you vaccinate, the greater your chance of getting COVID. Vaccinate 3 times and your risk of getting COVID is 3 times worse than an unvaccinated person.

    Kirsch then goes on to link to analyses of governmentally collected data to show how bad the situation is.

    How are the governments responding to this? Rather than halting the harmful vaccines, several have already announced that they will cease publishing the deleterious figures.

    Needless to say, one thing has become quite obvious: Rather than stopping Covid-19, the vaccines are making the situation worse. Highly vaccinated countries have recorded more Covid than they ever had before the vaccines came along. The examples abound: The United Kingdom, Germany, Israel, France, Singapore, Hong Kong, the Netherlands. The list goes on.

    Furthermore, these highly vaccinated countries also have more Covid than less vaccinated regions. Consider this headline from Newsweek:

    There is nothing really nothing baffling about this. The data clearly show what is happening: the vaccines cause Covid to increase while their absence leads to eventual diminishment of the pandemic via natural immunity.

    If we lived in a normal world and the vaccines were effective, things would be the other way around. The highly vaccinated countries would be Covid free while sparsely vaccinated countries would bear the brunt of the pandemic.

    Since early on, the authorities have known that the vaccines would fail. On January 29 of last year, for example – barely two months into the global vaccination offensive – the journal Nature ran a piece titled How to redesign COVID vaccines so they protect against variants. The headline contains an implicit admission that the vaccines would not protect against variants.

    And yet governments around the world continued to lie and push these ineffective pharmaceuticals into the bodies of billions of people. In the process they falsely spoke of “a pandemic of the unvaccinated” and maliciously attacked and even locked up those who refused to go along.

    Do you remember when Fauci said that 60 percent vaccination rate would give us herd immunity? Today most western countries have vaccinated more than 80 percent of their adult populations and yet they have more Covid than ever.

    Here is the sad reality of the situation: After a few months’ worth of initial protection wears off, those who have been injected with the Covid vaccines are more prone to contract the disease, to fall seriously ill and die.

    Igor Chudov in his piece titled AIDS-Like Chronic Covid is Taking Over Europe, Australia and NZ shows how the vaccines apparently undermine the immune system of their recipients to bring about an immunodeficiency condition similar to AIDS. Many researchers have already referred to it as VAIDS: vaccine acquired immune deficiency syndrome.

    Please think about the enormity of it all: as of April 12, more than sixty-five percent of all people on this planet have been injected with these noxious substances. This comes to more 5.1 billion souls.



    If the ominous trends we have been seeing continue, we will soon face the greatest calamity to ever befall mankind with billions of people having their health damaged or ruined.

    This disaster has been wrought by the unscrupulous vaccinators who injected the greater portion of earth’s inhabitants with hastily concocted and improperly tested substances that did not even properly pass phase II of the clinical trials. Bad as our predicament is, we have not even touched on the scores of those who have already been killed by these dangerous pharmaceuticals.

    It is very important that the vaccinators be held liable for their actions. There is plenty of data to pursue them for the catastrophe they have visited upon the human race. This data must be released and made public for everyone to see.

    As the vaccine narrative has been blown away by skyrocketing cases and disproportionate numbers of the vaccinated falling ill and passing, the frenzied vaccination crusade has abated somewhat for the time being. Currently, the vaccinators and their media collaborators are using the Ukrainian war to divert the public’s attention from the failure of their enterprise. They have been surprisingly successful in their diversionary exercise. While only a couple of months ago the unvaccinated were designated as the official object of hate, now it is Vladimir Putin and the Russians who are the targets of public ire and indignation.

    It is truly astonishing how thoroughly gullible and brainwashable most of the public is.

    Consider the proclamation that the White House issued in December of last year wishing woe and death upon the un-jabbed:



    As it turns out, things did not work out as Joe Biden and his minions wished. As the brilliant Igor Chudov points out, it is the vaccinated who are in trouble today:

    “Hospitals are overwhelmed by the vaccinated. Endless Covid short term reinfections, plaguing the UK and the rest of the Western world, are sliding towards Chronic Covid.”

    By the way, that wretched White House statement was issued by the same man – Joe Biden – who promised the American people last year:

    “You’re not going to get COVID if you have these vaccinations.”

    How is it that these liars are never held responsible for their lies and bad works?

    Knowing how these people operate, we can be sure that they will try to resurrect their vaccination crusade when an opportunity arises. Sooner or later, they will use a new variant or an uptick in deaths to frighten the credulous public into submitting to a new round of the injurious shots.

    If we do not hold the vaccinators responsible for the disaster they have brought about, they will not only walk away from their misdeeds enriched and empowered, but they will inflict even more mass suffering and death in the future.

    Pfizer, Moderna, Biden, Fauci, Walensky, Gates and hundreds of their collaborators in the medical establishment, government, Big Tech and media should be called before courts and tribunals to answer for their actions.

    You don't have to be a sex maniac to be a groomer...but it helps.

    Holy Week, the seven days before Easter Sunday, is the most important week in the Catholic liturgical year, but I didn’t used to know this. When I was an uncircumcised Philistine, all I knew about Easter was that it meant a basket full of drugstore candy and a week off school. I had literally no idea what Easter meant apart from getting a visit from the Big Bunny.

    At some point I probably wondered: what’s up with the chicks? Why all the bunnies? Why eggs? What do yellow marshmallow Peeps have to do with Jesus? But I was content to run around hunting for hard boiled eggs in the grass on a sunny spring day.

    It was only once I became a practicing Catholic that I understood Easter itself was the big finale to a whole process called Lent that kicks off with Mardi Gras. I once made a bad decision in college and went to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. So this is Catholicism, I thought, wading through ankle-deep beer on Bourbon Street. Who knew it involved so much public nudity and puking?

    (In case you’re wondering, no, I didn’t. Reader, I left without any hard-earned beads.)

    Groomers Get the Broom

    This year, Holy Week is full of contemporary horrors. I am adhering to my Lenten sacrifice (chose a hard one this year: no dark chocolate) and preparing for the renewal and rebirth that is the promise of Easter. Unfortunately, everywhere around me are signs of the demonic, hard at work.

    In reaction to the Florida law that prevents radical gender activists from teaching children under 8 about all of the sexual orientations and gender identities they can and should try, Disney decided to side with the activists. Which meant that in the middle of Lent, the mask got ripped off everyone’s favorite furry, revealing Mickey to be a creepy rat with a thing for telling little kids how to touch themselves.

    This Lent we all got to watch Christopher Rufo’s leaked internal videos, in which a Disney employee summit called “Reimagine Tomorrow” devolved into truly disturbed adults practically rubbing their hands together as they monologued their evil plans to secretly insert extremely radical sex education into cartoons. Those dumb parents will never know!

    How about we don’t talk about Bruno’s genitals? How about we “reimagine” my knee in your groin?

    When the world’s biggest purveyor of children’s entertainment is revealed to be stacked with rapacious child groomers, you know Tomorrow has been reimagined beyond your worst nightmare.

    Now there seems to be some debate about whether or not ultra-woke Disney employees and Kindergarten teachers desperate to talk about their personal lifestyles with kids are “groomers.” For the record, my teachers never shared anything they did at home with us Gen X kids. We didn’t want to know! If any of them mentioned a wife, we would have shuddered. Someone actually wanted to marry the chemistry teacher? Cringe.

    “Grooming” does not, of course, necessarily involve sexual assault. Instead it refers to the preparation—the mental foreplay if you will. “Ever tried this, kid? No? You might like it!”

    Okay fine, I’ll take your word for it that most of those Disney Cast Members and teachers are not pedophiles (let’s set aside for a moment the fact that thousands of public school teachers and hundreds of Disney employees have been caught in child sex stings).

    Teaching children new words and concepts and ideas about sexuality and gender identity is not rape. It’s not actual physical contact. But it most certainly is grooming, especially if the adults are introducing concepts against the consent or even knowledge of the parents, and to prepubescent children.

    If you took my elementary-school-aged son and gave him repeated and frequent lessons on the many genders there are in your imaginary world of make-believe and what each sexual orientation actually means, like, what it entails behind closed doors, you are indeed grooming him for unquestioning acceptance of a world view, lifestyle, and political ideology I do not consent to.

    This is not “homophobia,” folks. No one fears or hates someone because they are gay—especially not a devout Catholic. As Catholics we are commanded to love and to forgive, since we are all, straight and gay, sinners. Plus, just look around: there are tons of happy, gay Catholics—haven’t you ever met a Bishop? Or heard of Pope Francis?

    If an adult determines that he or she is gay or wants to identify as the other gender (oh, wait, there are only two??), fine. I will not stop you, interfere, or wish you harm. Have fun, live your life, just please, please—stop making your personal adult lifestyle a topic for second-grade Show and Tell.

    Inconvenient truth: any lesson that requires descriptions of concepts like “sexual attraction” is, yes, grooming. “Sexual attraction” is a concept that should be kept a thousand miles from children!

    Furthermore, “types of sexual attraction” is NOT what normal adults want to talk to little kids about—unless you yourself are attracted to little kids. Are you? If you’re not, why do you seem absolutely desperate to talk to my kids about who they are “attracted” to—without me around?

    What’s it called again when adults lure kids to a fun magical playland with bright colors and toys and hugs and costumes? Michael Jackson had the Neverland Ranch. Disney Cast Members have the parks. Teachers have the playground.

    Here’s an easy test: anyone who says something like this to your child is grooming them: “Being born a boy does not actually mean you are a boy, and if your parents told you it does, they lied to you.”

    Therein lies the proof in the groomer pudding. An adult who takes it upon xerself to tell credulous, innocent kids that their parents are wrong, or worse, that they are lying and hiding the truth from them because they are bad people—well, we know what xe is, don’t we folx?

    Raising Saints

    I too have a not-so-secret hidden agenda to get my kids to accept taboo sexual behaviors. These include chastity, monogamy, and modesty.

    Holy Week is a wonderful opportunity to groom children to accept these radical fringe ideas. My child grooming intensifies on Holy Thursday and Good Friday, culminating on Sunday in the most important grooming day of the year. We’ll ply them with all-you-can-eat candy and Peeps, they’ll collect rainbow-colored eggs, and even get to meet the Easter Furry. He’s got sticky paws and beady eyes and gets a little hot in that tight suit—just like Brian Stelter!

    Of course for families like ours, every Sunday is a grooming opportunity to further lure my unsuspecting children into my radical alternative lifestyle. We Catholics don’t call it “grooming,” of course. The pronoun people may euphemistically call their grooming “teaching,” but we call it “formation.” Our pronouns are the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Instead of gender identity PowerPoint presentations we use Sunday mass, prayers, the rosary, and general wholesomeness of spirit and mind. So far, it seems to be working!

    To all the ridiculous woke “teachers” in Florida who are mad they can no longer tell five-year-olds the good news about genital amputations: just shut up and teach spelling.

    Better yet, quit your job in kiddie sex ed and go work for a place where you and your unflattering rainbow suspenders will fit right in: Disney World. I bet there’s an oversized rat suit waiting—with your name on it.
