I am long CYMI and currently up 20%

I don't know how to evaluate UTEK with semiconductor, thin flm head, ebeam. and Pgild.

Nikon is not a pure play (right?).

Canon is not a pure play (right?) and seems to be losing ground to ASML.

ASML has had a nice run and makes me nervous in today's market with Asian flu. I think there will be better buying opportunities.

SVGL production ramp is indeterminate as well as their self admitted failure to penetrate SEA ( turned out to be good news)

I moved into KLIC

I am unhappy I could not get into SFAM today at 22.

Waiting with cash for buying opportunities.

<Its drawback was that it could only produce 10 tools/Q though that's now up to 15 and increasing by about 2 tools per quarter. By next year, SVGL intends to produce 50 Scanners/Quarter.>

Ian, I know You've been following the story for quite a while now and the ramp has been one of the big questions of course. I was getting the impression from the conference call and other comments that the 200 per year number was pie in the sky.... do you really think its realistic?

Also, does anyone have any comments on SVGI's "technical lead"? We keep hearing that but I've only heard one discussion about what the lead was all about and that was from Andrew on the General Litho thread a long time ago... comments would be appreciated.
