small suitcase nuke detonated inside the Kremlin would change Russian's approach to invading non-hostile agrarian countries.
Suitcase in Kremlin. I pointed out about 20 years ago that USSR/Russia could long ago have smuggled little atomic bombs into USA wrapped in opium.

USA border guards would not allow atomic bombs in, unless they were KGB agents. But lots of diversity hires would let opium sneak past if they got cash or a share of the stash. The real cargo was the bomb, covered in the illegal opium, wrapped in a legitimate cargo such as coffee beans or whatnot.

Store the bomb in a lead lined bunker until needed.

Then put it in the trunk of a car. Park it by the Capitol or half way between White House and Pentagon. What the heck, park three cars.

That might change USA USA USA approach to conquering Russia. You sure do have good ideas. A day late and a dollar short, but c'est la vie.

Got any more good ideas? Incidentally, which city do you live in? I'll watch for its obliteration.
