It is atleast 228M according to Yahoo. However we do not really know how much extra stock will make it into the float as a result of the convertible issue.

Just think, five guys one idea that was bought for 2 to five million dollars worth of shares and one promoter equals a 220M+ market cap. You have got to love the bull market!
