trading again. This has turned into a non-event. DBCO sold off on the resume trading. I would have thought it would firm up. ECO will be a buying opportunity if it moves lower; and I think it will given the news and lack of buying interest now that we are trading.

Trading is halted when there's a trade imbalance,
i.e., more buyers than sellers or vice versa.

I look at this trading halt as a POSITIVE for both
companies only because the news has been out there about
the pending acquisition for quite awhile. Typically one
would see the acquiring company taking a slight hit, but I
do not see it in this case.
