Nevin, I'm betting that the OEMs will come to this conclusion someday. The wireless PA industry is a lot younger than the PC industry and thus not as far down the curve. SPCT has to cite the opposite trend as a risk on the 10K/10Q forms because it could happen (though I think it is unlikely and I bet SPCT does too). Any risk that is industry or company specific has to go into a 10K/10Q in order to provide protection against shareholder lawsuits. Unfortunately, SPCT's management was not as careful about hyping the company's performance a few weeks before the Nortel annual contract came up for renewal. Richard
