Crystallex Issues Statement VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- At the request of the Toronto Stock Exchange, Crystallex International Corporation (Amex: KRY) (Toronto: KRY.), is making the following statement concerning the recent increase in its stock price and trading volume. "Crystallex believes that the recent market activity in Crystallex's stock may be influenced by rumours concerning its operations and properties in Venezuela. Crystallex has no announcements to make at this time concerning the Cristinas concessions. "As stated by Crystallex on several occasions, the Supreme Court of Venezuela is currently considering Crystallex's application seeking enforcement of its ownership rights over the Cristinas 4 & 6 gold concessions. Crystallex understands that this application is being considered by the Court in the ordinary course. Crystallex has no new information as to any specific time when the Court will issue a decision.
