The fear quotient is dropping, there is a good reason for that. Rate fears for companies minting $, will not stymie those who have a window. Putin is facing his empty suit. The only thing to fear is fear itself.....(Churchill ?) Chixiclub has baled us out once again, as Guyana and Surinam yields will increase exponentially.
