No i do not know the time frame for testing. Do you think the market has already factored in the positive earnings in the stock price? Or is everyone waiting for the earnings news before they buy?

eric-- ont the pre-announcement front, my opinion would be that since the class action laws have changed, that most corporate attorney's are advising public co.'s that it would be better for them to pre-announce negative news and just wait on positive news. this has been the case with some high profile tech stocks as well as some large cap. co.'s.. as far as testing my understanding is that a test should take anywhere from 60-90 days to complete the testing. at that time a decision is made as to whether or not move forward which should take at least another 60 days for the technical teams from both sides to work on items such as re-writing code and an implementation strategy. from there we would await a purchase order.. again this is my understanding from what i consider to be reliable industry sources
