WFoL, We won't have access irrespective of the price. Not true. Russia and China won't be the only suppliers of raw materials in the world. No matter what our policies are, the free market will correct for them like it always does. High demand and low supply will contribute to higher prices. Higher prices will motivate more production all over the world. (And yes, that includes countries other than China and Russia with questionable records on human rights.) Tenchusatsu
