30 year mortgage rate of 5.75% and the music stops on the housing bubble. We'll see. Because that's where it's heading. Plus some. You're dead right about that. Mortgage rates are going nowhere but up from here, and housing, in many areas, is grossly over priced. It's gonna get ugly and people buying now are going to regret it when the bubble pops, IMO.
