I listed to the conference call and found Mgt defensive. However, I bought more Stock. The results were strong by any measure and the acquisition is small and probably only incremental. The paid a "few hundred thousand dollars in stock and cash and expect revenues to reach $2M". They said the Co was profitable..

TheInvestor ..........with 2.8 million in revenues coming from the new 14 million contract<........... I can see why some would be disappointed......anyone else have any feeling about that 2.8 million....cmg
