Sounds like the shell is basically being sold through this company. Herb keeps his piece and his coffee business, Bishop takes a cut and the new company gets to go public "on the cheap." I shall assume that the coffee business is in good standing and that all debt is being reduced to make the shell clean. You were right about one thing, in particular, the JAVA ticker is worth more than most and he has a fair number of MMs who handle the stock. All speculation on my part, of course.
