Raise Helen on 2% milk and whole wheat bread. My boys believe white bread is a dessert and whole milk has the appeal of a shake. THey think they're putting one over on me in restaurants when they order milk. (Sly glances, elbow nudging--"heehee, wonder if Mom knows we're drinking whole milk..boy would she be pissed!")
