Here’s the book he mentions. en.m.wikipedia.org There is no question in my mind that the natural range of psychological types in the community - plus faddish influences - account for a large part of gender conversions. It is absolutely normal, for example, that some females are more “girlish” and feminine, and others are more like “tomboys”. Being a female with somewhat more masculine features does NOT automatically mean that she must cut her breasts off - and look for a great surgeon to build her a penis using other parts of her body. I’ve seen real transgender situations, they are not very rare - but much of what transpires today is a disgrace.
