Back to the future. We're repolarizing along Cold War lines. This time Russia will be the junior partner of China instead of vice versa.
Yes. I have a strong sense that this is one of the reasons (not the main one, but a reason) that Russia went to war over Ukraine’s red line. Had they not been able to keep NATO from moving in all the way up their colon, China would never have any respect for them.
