I can confirm what Bram said. I also called Steve and had a brief but interesting conversation with him. I mentioned to him that I do not currently own any shares, and am now reluctant to buy because of todays run-up. He laughed, and said that those in the stock for the long haul would be rewarded. He did not go into detail regrding the merger, but did say that additional information would be forthcoming.
