They may get the same sort of selfish Mafia boss, or they may get a benign Czar who is actually looking out for his country and the people who live there. Practically anyone is better than who they have - I mean C’mon, a KGB hit man? Point a finger in the white pages at any name and it will be better. For 22 years he has ruled with a iron fist. No disagreement, no democratic competition and running the red-army over small country after country. Goebbels would be proud of the way his propaganda effort is working on the Russian people willing to speak up. On a different subject, something has bugged me for a while. Have you noticed the way people refer to the Russian speaking areas of Ukraine? As if speaking the language of the country automatically means the area is that countries property. If that were the case, the Brits and Americans automatically own half of Africa. And China may as well invade sections of San Francisco and in every major city of America. Just some additional convoluted illogical nonsense I’ve noticed in this conflict.
