The core problem is that too many people are too closely related to chimps. Said chimpoids love nothing better than to be bossy bastards, despite their obviously limited cognitive power. They love to have slaves, or in the modern version = state serfs who work and give 60% of their income to their tax bosses. They love to create tons of rules, laws, regulations bylaws common law, precedents, fiat dictate, edicts with arbitrary police enforcement of what seems a good idea at the time, combined with bribery, corruption, under the table, on the table, quid quo pro, cash on the barrel head, licensing, permits, consents, planning permission.
