I'm assuming that there is around 10M to 15M in the float... Perhaps less.. The market makers move the ask and bid all over the board in a relatively short time span suggesting that the float is small. If anyone has Baat's transfer agent's number we could find out for sure how many are outstanding and how many are restricted. From that info you could figure out the float.

Something like 80 million shares authorized, 69 million shrs outstanding. The float, is around 29 million shares. This month is really blowing the float away.

Present market cap (at 1.70) is $117 million. Considering BAT had revenues of $200,000 in 1997 and was valued at about $2 million, do you see why it's price is so fragile up here in the stratosphere. Herb has a legitimate concern and I'm glad he brings it to the table--like it or not.

The question is, do you drive forward looking into the rear view mirror, like Herb, or do you throw the past away and charge in at these prices not knowing what the future holds?

For the moment, the tape suggests, "damn the torpedos, full speed ahead." We have a nice little rally underway, it will probably hold up to 15 min before the close. Guess folks are tiried of waiting for 1 1/4.
