Could this be a tongue in cheek way of Morgan Stanley saying one should but Oracle but not the other DB stocks, because the DB business is not out there. They seem way to negative on the DB industry to be recommending Oracle if the business was not truly there to be had.
On another note: There have been lots and lots of 20 to 25,000 share blocks traded today. Does this mean the institutions are getting back in, or just the sheep on the street playing follow the leader?
