Dear Fred Woodall, the content is ALL speculation and it and may not be true no one knows for sure.

From the speeches I heard and article I read the assessment in your quoting does not make sense, since before 2016 (and probably 2007) there was a very strong upcoming of ultra-nationalist fascist movement within Russia which articles I quoted on LinkedIn. The only part I agree is that VP is not crazy - just unbelievable wicked and he and his team extremely mean with total disregard of human life similar to Stalin - so that is already ingrained in todays Russian mentality and heritage.

For me the fact that about 15,0000 Russian troops where sent to the highly radioactive region of Chernobyl to dig in - proves complete disregard to human life of your own forces - the all 15,000 or so innocent soldiers will die after great suffering, and may infect their love ones with radioactive radiation that leads in most cases to painful death from cancer.

All the rest are assumptions after the fact and by being in the past visited by high ranking retired Russians I can attest for an unclear reason their inherent feeling of superiority toward almost any nation and especially Ukrainians.

The reasons are well imbedded in their view of the world and heritage for hundreds of years and as testimony is their imperialistic expansion over all Siberia (exploiting various rivalries and signing agreements in which they later erased any rights of about 230 or so nations/tribes) that included Alaska, which due to lack of funds was sold to the US.

I did had and still have close relations with people of both countries and try not to discuss with them politics.
