The key question becomes then, can they provide enough? Fast enough? I believe there are

government to manage such a broad, technological crisis has never been tested. Indeed,
until last week, they have characterized it as a non-event. There are also questions about
the raw production capabilities of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, which is the
agency that creates all currency. It is my understanding they must currently operate at
nearly 95% just to meet current demand. There is evidently a serious question about their
ramp-up ability to meet any extraordinary demand.
