It seemed that way at the time I wrote that. But your post got me to relook at the chart. So I could also see that it could rise from this area in a change of overall direction creating an inverse head and shoulders pattern stretching back over the last 3 to 4 months. so maybe a change of direction is in the cards. My positions are pretty locked down for now just waiting this period out. I have a pet theory that Tax time is generally tough on the market as people are shedding cash this time of year...I know I certainly did, what with selling a small farm last year. Without good planning and discipline sometimes it hard to raise the funds for that demand that the Fed and State require this time of the year.
