Dan,

It is really nice to hear from someone, who has first hand experience with the products and a solid conceptual knowledge of the products. My knowledge was much more general. ie companies need to back up data, tape is the storage technology used, EXBT is cheap etc. I bought LOTS at an average of mid $11's, so I am down over $100,000! The stock did not really begin to fall apart until it got knocked out of the S&P mid cap in early December. It was almost never below $6.00, although you could have gotten it for $6.25 or $6.375 for a while. I think that you really might appreciate a new investor kit, with the speech I mentioned, given the product plans. Call the company and ask for Virginia Ilges and have her send you one. I'd like to hear what you think. They also had a sourcing problem for AME in the most recent quarter. I have been recommending EXBT to patient people down here in the low $7's.
