John, thanks for DURA advise. I e-mailed my daughter last night about CPQ and long term maybe RMBS for the kids. I will check DURA out.

Well, you asked me over the weekend what I was buying. I bought something today. I almost do not want to tell you gg. Hold your breath. Apache and Enron. All my techs are doing lousy again today so I thought for once I go into something the insiders are buying instead of selling. I heard that the insiders of these 2 companies have been buying over the last 2 weeks. With oil prices down there is consolidation talk in the oil patch again and gas exploration. Apache has been rumored for some time as a takeover. So what the heck, what can happen? It's only about 5 points off the low. Talk to you in a month about those 2 stocks again.

I see TPRO is smoking. And why did we not buy AOL? Sheesh. Their fees will go up by 2 dollars a month. Time for ADSL to come on soon. gg.

Yes, the techs will have to move if we want to see a big advance. I think today is not a good time to gauge the market by. Cisco just barely came in on target and then bought this company. All the stocks in that arena are down, including my much touted LU. Tuesday turnaround is on its way if it does not turn around by the closing.
