Let's hope you're not Tom Waite - or you definitely will be going to jail if found out!!!! Commenting/speculating on a company's activity on a public bulletin board without notification (via media/press) to ALL investors of record would be a SERIOUS ethical (if not legal) violation and the SEC would be sure to investigate/sanction such activities!!! Glad to know you're stating for the record you are NOT Tom Waite - but who's to know for sure????
